AUTHORIZING BANK SIGNATORIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
Wells Fargo N.A. and Bank of America N.'T. &S.A. as designated
depositories of this municipal corporation, be, and they are
hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor all checks,
drafts or other orders for the payment of money drawn in this
municipal corporation's name on various accounts when bearing or
purporting to bear the original or facsimile signatures of those
persons listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.
