AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH BASSETT &
CIOFALO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES RELATED TO LANDSCAPE DESIGN OF THE WEBSTER
STREET PARK SITE
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with
Landscape Architects for services relating
the Webster Street Park has been submitted
the Council is fully informed and aware of
conditions thereof; and
Bassett & Ciofalo
to landscape design of

the terms and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between Bassett & Ciofalo
Landscape Architects and the City of Alameda, for services
relating to landscape design of the Webster Street Park Site
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of February, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:

NOES: None.
