APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5349 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (HERITAGE OF ALAMEDA, THE ALAMEDA ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5349; and
WHEREAS, The Alameda Associates, a limited partnership,
comprised of A -M Company, a limited partnership as general
partner, and Araujo, Muench & Company, Inc., a California
corporation, as general partner, has presented to the Council for
approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract
5349; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon Lot "B" for
the uses and purposes of a public street and certain nonexclusive
easements for public utilities and their appurtenances designated
"Public Utilities Easement ", dedicated to the public, and certain
rights of access over Lot "A" for operations of public safety
vehicles and emergency equipment dedicated to the City of
Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5349 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said public street and
easements dedicated to the public and rights of access dedicated
to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf of the
public and the City, for use in conformity with the terms of the
offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of March, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
