AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH ALAMEDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR POLICE
DEPARTMENT COPY MACHINES
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Police
Department budget to provide for the lease purchase of
reprographic equipment through the balance of the fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS, the best financing proposal has been received
from Alameda First National Bank;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City, a lease-purchase agreement with Alameda First
National Bank for the lease-purchase of one (1) Model 5003 and
two (2) Model 2502 Royal copiers from OMI of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of March, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
