Resolution 10839CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10839 ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLES, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Specifications for furnishing to the City of Alameda two (2) motorcycles for law enforcement use by the Police Department, No. MSP 3-86-1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 4, 1986, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 1986, for furnishing to the City two (2) law enforcement motorcycles in accordance with said Specifications. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Motorcycles" or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the ›- Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution and of said Specifications. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of March, 1986, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
