Resolution 10851CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10851 GRANTING CONDITIONAL EXTENSION OF TIME FOR SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS FOR HARBOR BAY ISLE TRACTS 4254, 4289, 4290, 4513, 4515, AND 4541 WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, subdivider and developer, has requested time extensions for completion of improvements within Tracts 4254, 4289, 4290, 4513, 4515 and 4541; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 2 of the Agreements with Harbor Bay Isle Associates for subdivision public improvements provides that extensions of time for the completion of improvements may be granted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, traffic impact at the intersection of Island Drive and Bridgeway Road now warrants the installation of a traffic signal to improve the overall safety and traffic flow at the intersection and these subdivisions all contribute to said traffic impact; and WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates has agreed to contribute $50,000 for this traffic signal installation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that, conditioned upon the partial funding of the traffic signal at Bridgeway Road and Island Drive by Harbor Bay Isle Associates in the amount of $50,000 to be posted with the City within six months from the date of this resolution, extensions of time in which to complete the improvements are hereby granted as follows: Tract 4254 4289 4290 4513 4515 4541 Time Extension Date To May 4, 1986 To January 7, 1989 To December 18, 1988 To January 7, 1988 To January 7, 1989 To January 7, 1989 I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of March, 1986, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
