APPOINTING PAMELA K. MACKENZIE A MEMBER OF THE
CABLE TELEVISION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Sections 2-371 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon recommendation of United Cable Television of
Alameda and nomination of the Mayor, PAMELA K. MACKENZIE is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Cable Television
Oversight Committee of the City of Alameda for the unexpired term
of Thomas R. Schaeffer which expires on June 20, 1989, and to
serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of March, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
