AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JON D. CHINN
AND BRIAN D. CHINN REGARDING HOUSE REMOVAL FROM
SPRUCE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Jon D. Chinn and Brian
D. Chinn for removal of the building at 1816 -1822 Third Street
from the Spruce Street right -of -way has been submitted to this
Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms
and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
of Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each
hereby is authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, that certain agreement
referred to above by and between Jon D. Chinn and Brian D.
Chinn and the City of Alameda for removal of the building at
1816 -1822 Third Street from the Spruce Street right -of -way.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of April, 1986,
by the, following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
