AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY AND GOLF COURSE RESTAURANT CONCESSIONAIRE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that, good cause appearing, the agreement between the City and
Chor Oong Lee, entered into on July 7, 1982 and relating to the
operation of the restaurant concession at the Alameda Municipal
Golf Course, be modified by amending a portion of Paragraph 12 to
provide that "For every day that the golf courses are open, the
concession stand on the Earl Fry Course shall be open and the
concession stand and /or mobile refreshment cart will be in
operation on the Jack Clark Course ;" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as so modified and
amended, said agreement shall continue in effect; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they hereby are, authorized to execute and attest,
respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement containing said
modification.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of April, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Corica - 1.
