approved and adopted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he Council of the City of
Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:01 a.m. on
° Tuesday, May 20, 1986, for furnishing to the City two (2) trucksters
for the Recreation and Park Department, in accordance with said
Specifications. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk in City
Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside, "Proposal for Trucksters, MSP 5-86-2", or similar
designation.

ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO TRUCKSTERS FOR
RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS
AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, Specifications have been prepared for the purchase
of two (2) trucksters for the Recreation and Park Department,
numbered MSP 5-86-2, and filed in the Office of he City Clerk on May
6, 1986; and
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible
bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved
to reject any or all bids.
Said specifications may be had by any prospective bidder on
application to the City Clerk, Office of the City Clerk, City Hall,
Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the
Alameda Times Star a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance
with the provisions of this resolution and of said specifications.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of May, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
