AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TWO PERSONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL EIGHTEEN MONTHS
WHEREAS, the City has authorized Personal Service
Agreements with Otis Chan and Andrew Nashida for engineering
inspection services which positions were created for and funded
by Harbor Bay Isle projects; and
WHEREAS, current and anticipated projects for Harbor Bay
Isle and Marina Village development necessitate an extension of
these agreements for an additional eighteen months, to January
31, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the authorized Personal Service Agreements for
-I? engineering inspection services with Otis Chan and Andrew Nashida
are hereby extended to January 31, 1988.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on th 20th of May, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
