CONSENTING TO TERMINATION OF PORTIONS OF CERTAIN
PRIVATE EASEMENTS ESTABLISHED ON PARCEL MAP
NO. 3399 (MARINER SQUARE LOOP AND TINKER AVENUE)
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1981, this Council approved Parcel
Map No 3399 which contains certain private access and utility
easements; and
WHEREAS, the Owner's Certificate on said map states that
said easements cannot be revoked without the consent of the City
of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, present development of the property necessitates
termination of certain portions of these private easements; and
WHEREAS, owner's of both affected parcels have agreed to
the proposed easement terminations and to the size and location
of the replacement private easements, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
certain portions of said private easements be terminated as
proposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to the requirements of Parcel Map No
3399 the City of Alameda hereby consents to the termination of
-certain private easements established on said Parcel Map and as
,:'--set out in Exhibit A attached hereto.
