Mayor Gilmore convened the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
Roll Call — Present: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
[Note: Councilmember Daysog arrived at 6:06 p.m. and Councilmember
Tam left the meeting at 7:00 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(13 -397) Conference with Legal Counsel — Existing Litigation (54956.9); Case Name:
USA/Baykeeper v. City of Alameda, et al.; United States District Court, Northern District
of California; Case No. CV 09 05684 RS
(13 -398) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Pursuant to Government Code §
54957; Position Evaluated: City Clerk — Lara Weisiger
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Existing Litigation, direction was given to staff
Mayor Gilmore called a recess at 7:11 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:47 p.m.
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Performance Evaluation, direction was given to the
subcommittee.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 11:10 p.m.
