The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(13 -428) Conference with Legal Counsel — Anticipated Litigation; Initiation of litigation
pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One (As Plaintiff - City
Initiating Legal Action)
(13 -429) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Pursuant to Government Code §
54957; Position Evaluated: City Clerk — Lara Weisiger
(13 -430) Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Pursuant to Government Code §
54957; Position Evaluated: City Attorney — Janet Kern
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Anticipated Litigation, the Council gave direction to staff.
Mayor Gilmore called a recess at 7:15 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:20 p.m.
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding City Clerk, the Council completed the performance
evaluation; and regarding City Attorney, the matter was continued to October 15, 2013.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 12:20 a.m.
