AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH HISLOP
ASSOCIATES FOR RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Hisiop Associates for
its services relating to a Records Management Program for the City
Clerk's Depasrtment has been submitted to this Council and the
Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions
thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain agreement
referred to above by and between Hisiop Associates and the City of
;) Alameda, for its services relating to Phase I of a Records
D :7,1± Management Program for the City Clerk's Department. The City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of June, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
