APPROVING STREET NAMES FOR LIGHTHOUSE COVE, TRACT 5527
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Alameda has
recommended to the City Council approval of street names for
Lighthouse Cove, Tract 5527, between Oleander Avenue and Catalina
Avenue; and
findings:
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has made the following
. The proposed street names comply with the Street
Name Policy, except that a suffix is not
recommended for Old Alameda Point.
2. The street names have been approved by the City
Engineer and reviewed to avoid confusion for
emergency access.
3. The name, "Old Alameda Point," is chosen from the
suggested list of Historical Street Names.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the following street names be approved for
Lighthouse Cove, Tract 5527:
Old Alameda Point Catalina Avenue
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the
24th of June, 1986, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Hanna - 1.
