AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA, ALAMEDA WEST LAGOON HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION AND AMERICAN LAKE AND CANAL COMPANY FOR
WATER MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR SOUTH SHORE LAGOON
MAINTENANCE, 1986 -87
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement between the City of
Alameda, Alameda West Lagoon Homeowners Association and
American Lake and Canal Company for water maintenance services
for the Alameda South Shore Lagoons has been submitted to this
Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms
and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between the City of Alameda,
the Alameda West Lagoon Homeowners Association and American Lake
and Canal Company for water management services for South Shore
Lagoon Maintenance, 1986 -87.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of July, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Hanna - 1.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
