CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO.
10960
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY
FOR MINOR HOME REPAIR SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City is a participant in the Community
Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) authorized under the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. as amended;
and
WHQDEAS, the City of Almmeda'o approved use of CDBG
funds includes the provision of a Minor Home Repair Service
for Seniors and Disabled Citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has programmed $20^000
in FY I986-87 Community Development Block Grant funds and
carried over $5.000 in FY 85-80 CDBG funds for the purpose
of providing this service; and . .`
WHEREAS, the County of Alameda \baa an existing Minor
Home Repair Service and has proposed to provide this service
for the City of Alameda;
NOW IDDREFoDE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the City Manager be and hereby is
authorized to execute, and the Cit y Clerk
to attest, on

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of July, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Hanna - 1.
