AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR
BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
AND COORDINATION FOR HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -4, PHASE II
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and
to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement
with Harbor Bay Isle Associates which provides for administration
and coordination of Assessment District 84 -4, Phase II.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk on July 15, 1986.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of July, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: C0Uncilme0bers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
