Resolution 10972CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10972 ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Constitution of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Alameda is required to establish an "Appropriation Limit" for fiscal year 1986-87; and WHEREAS, the Appropriation Limit has been determined in accordance with uniform guidelines for Article XIIIB of the California Constitution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Council hereby establishes the Appropriation Limit in the amount of $27,125,596 for fiscal year 1986-87. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of July, 1986, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corsica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
