AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH WEST ALAMEDA
BUSINESS ASSOCIATION FOR UPDATING THE STREET DIRECTORIES
WITHIN THE WEBSTER STREET COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 6, 1986, this Council
approved, in concept, placement of five business directories
within the Webster Street commercial district; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the Webster Street
Business Association for updating the street directories has been
submitted to this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between the Webster Street
Business Association and the City of Alameda for updating the
street directories within the Webster Street commercial district.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th_ of August, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counctlmemb.e_r Cortca, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Di:ament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
