ESTABLISHING AN AGREEMENT AND BOND FOR THE PLACEMENT
OF MONUMENTS (BRITTANY LANDING)
WHEREAS, there are seven tracts in the subdivision known
as Brittany Landing located on the north side of Bridgeway Road
just west of Packet Landing Road; and
WHEREAS, Subdivider's Agreements have previously been
approved by the City Council and the final improvements which were
covered under the bonds required by the Agreements have been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and the
tracts are now complete with the exception of the placement of
monuments; and
WHEREAS, the monuments are all within the common street
areas and will require installation by the developer and checking
by City survey crews; and
WHEREAS, all streets are private and will be maintained
by the Homeowner's Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that a bond in the amount of $10,000.00 be submitted to
the City by the Subdivider, prior to the release of current bonds,
to cover the cost of the outstanding monument work.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th_ of August, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counct1memb.er Cortca, Fianna, Lucas., Monsef and President Dilament -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
