AWARDING CONTRACT TO ANCHOR FENCE, INC. FOR REMOVAL
AND REPLACEMENT OF CHAIN LINK FABRIC AT KRUSI PARK
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for Krusi Park Fence and
Backstop Rehabilitation in accordance with Specifications No.
P.W. 5-86-17 approved July 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Anchor Fence, Inc. agreeing to perform said work in
accordance with said Specifications for the sum of $10,590.00;
and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
'1‘1; of Alameda that the bid of Anchor Fence, Inc. is hereby
accepted, the contract for Removal and Replacement of Chain Link
Fabric at Krusi Park is hereby awarded to said bidder, and the
:eMayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to
attest, said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th_of August, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
