APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4805 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 638-642 HAIGHT AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT
WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (JOHN BARNI, JR.,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, John Barni, Jr., subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division
of property located at 638-642 Haight Avenue, and known as Parcel
Map No. 4805.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 4805, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1638, passed on August 11,
1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No 4805 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of September, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
