AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EXTENSION OF PERSONAL
AGREEMENT WITH MARK KAISER
WHEREAS, the City has an authorized Personal Services
Agreement with Mark Kaiser for engineering inspection services,
which is funded by Harbor Bay Isle projects and expires on
November 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, current and anticipated projects for Harbor Bay
Isle development necessitate an extension of this contract
engineering position for an additional twelve months;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, an Amendment to
Personal Services Agreement between the City and Mark Kaiser
extending the expiration date of said Personal Services Agreement
to November 1, 1987.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of October, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers. Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: Hone.
ABSENT: None.
