AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF COMPLETION DATE FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE MASTICK SENIOR CENTER LOBBY
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1986 this Council awarded the
contract to Fox Developers, Inc., dba Fox Construction for
renovation of the Mastick Senior Center Lobby; and
WHEREAS, due to unavoidable delays in delivery of
materials the project cannot be completed by October 3, 1986, the
original completion date, and the contractor has requested an
extension to November 14, 1986; and
WHEREAS, said extension of time for completion of this
project will have no financial or other impact on the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the date of completion for the renovation
of the Mastick Senior Center Lobby is hereby extended to
November 14, 1986.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of October, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: done.
ABSENT: None.
