AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES WITH JAMES STEDMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
DESIGN AND OTHER ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ALAMEDA
MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3 PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Project Administrative Service Agreement
between the City and Alameda Marina Village Associates provides
for contract coordination services with regard to architects,
engineers and consultants retained by the City in connection with
construction of the public improvements within Assessment District
84 -3; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates has requested
that James Stedman & Associates be retained to perform the
remainder of engineering work required for Assessment District
84 -3 projects; and
WHEREAS, a professional services agreement with James
Stedman & Associates, Inc. has been submitted to the Council and
the Council is fully informed and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with James Stedman & Associates,
Inc. for design and other engineering services for Alameda Marina
Village Assessment District 84 -3 projects.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 18th of November, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas,
Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
