Resolution 11060CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11060 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4890 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SOUTH LOOP ROAD, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN N WHEREAS, Satellite Bay Associates, a California Joint 0 Venture, organized under the California Uniform Partnership Act, owner and subdivider herein„ has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property located within (-0 NL the Harbor Bay Business Park on the southeast side of South Loop 0 4, Ct4 -'-' Road, being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 4728; clz , 0 r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-1319.1 of the Alameda - -6 Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 4890, heretofore accepted and 0 '1 N-.-- , conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1656 passed on November 10, 1986. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 4890 is consistent with the City's General Plan. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of December, 1986, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
