AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH FREDDIE PAYNE FOR ENGINEERING INSPECTION
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City has an authorized Personal Service
Agreement with Freddie M. Payne for engineering inspection
services which is funded by Harbor Bay Isle projects; and
WHEREAS, current and anticipated projects for Harbor Bay
Isle development necessitate an extension of this agreement until
December 31, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the authorized Personal Service Agreement for
engineering inspection services is hereby extended to December
31, 1987; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest to,
respectively, for and behalf of the City of Alameda, an Amendment
to Personal Services Agreement between the City and Freddie M.
Payne.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of December, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
