AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH A CONTRACT CIVIL ENGINEER FOR A PERIOD OF
EIGHTEEN MONTHS
WHEREAS, the anticipated workload for subdivisions and
related improvements necessitates filling a contract civil
engineer position for a period of eighteen (18) months; and
WHEREAS, said position will be compensated from funds
derived from Harbor Bay Isle and other reimbursable projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, a personal service agreement
with a Contract Civil Engineer for a period of eighteen months.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 16th of December, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
