APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 5693
AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN RIGHTS OF ACCESS EASEMENTS (LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF TARRYTON, COUNTRY AND AMBER
ISLES, ROSEWOOD ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5693 submitted by owner Ferro Land
Company, a California corporation; and
WHEREAS, subdivider, Rosewood Associates, a general
partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a Final
Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5693; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non - exclusive easements granted to the City of Alameda for
unobstructed access for the benefit of the Alameda Bureau of
Electricity and designated "Alameda Bureau of Electricity Access
Easement ";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5693 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said rights of access
easements granted to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted, on
behalf of the City, for use in conformity with the terms of the
offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 3rd of February, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas and.
President Diament - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Vice Mayor Monsef - 1.
