Resolution 11099CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11099 DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT 3865, FIXING DATE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ORDERING PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE THEREOF (NORTH OF SOUTH SHORE BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB) BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that it is the intention of this Council to order the vacation of a public service easement within Lots 20 and 21 of Tract 3865 (maintenance access to a Bureau of Electricity pole line) being a 6' P.U.E. as shown on that certain map entitled "TRACT 3865 LOT 3 BLOCK 11 TRACT 1898 ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA" filed April 16, 1979, Series No. 79-070220 in Book 110 of Maps at Pages 25 and 26, Alameda County Records, Alameda, California, which is more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the most Southwestern corner of Lot 20 of the above referenced map. THENCE North 26° 11' 02" East 6.00 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE North 26° 11' 02" East 6.00 feet; THENCE South 63° 48' 58" East 255.63 feet; THENCE South 18° 16' 36" West 6.06 feet; THENCE North 63° 48° 58" West 256.46 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTAINING .0353 acres of land more or less. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all proceedings for the vacation herein proposed shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that reference is hereby made for particulars of the proposed vacation to that certain map entitled "Vacation of Public Utility Easement Tract 3865 Lots 20 & 21, Alameda, California" prepared by JTA Inc. and on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the date, hour and place hereby fixed for hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation is TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 1987,at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, Alameda, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notice the hearing on this resolution of intention to vacate in the official newspapers of the City of Alameda, and to cause to be posted notices of said proposed easement vacation, in the manner prescribed by Sections 8322 and 8323 of the California Streets and Highways Code. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of February, 1987, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas and President Diament - 4.
