AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES/
ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda
approved and authorized the execution of the City Cooperation
Agreement by adopting Resolution No. 10502 on December 18, 1984;
and
WHEREAS, the Alameda City Council now wishes to amend
said Cooperation Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that:
1) The City Cooperation Agreement is hereby amended as
shown on that that certain document entitled "Amendment to City
Cooperation Agreement."
2) The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, said
Amendment on behalf of the City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th day of March 1987
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counciimembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diaylent - 4
NOES: Councilmember Corica 1
ABSENT: None
