AUTHORIZING B.C.D.C. PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
CLOSURE OF DOOLITTLE LANDFILL SITE
WHEREAS, on March 3, 1987, a contract was awarded for
Closure of the Doolittle Landfill Site in compliance with
Y. Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the work to be done is within the
jurisdiction of the San Francisco Bay Conservation and
Development Commission (B.C.D.C.); and
WHEREAS, a B.C.D.C. permit is required for this project;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the submittal of an application for a B.C.D.C.
permit for closure of the Doolittle Landfill Site is hereby
approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th day of March, 1987
by the following vote to wit:
