APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5716 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, SUBDIVIDER,
ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5716; and
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California
limited partnership, has presented to the Council for approval a
Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5716, being
an 18-lot subdivision for condominium purposes of property
bounded by Tract 4585, Independence Drive and Marina Park; and
NJ- WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non-exclusive easements for public utilities and their
,- appurtenances designated "Public Utilities Easement", dedicated
.;?. to the public, and certain rights of access over public utility
easements for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency
equipment dedicated to the City of Alameda;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
,- of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5716 be, and hereby is,
approved and permission given to Subdivider to record same,
provided, however, that said recordation shall not take place
Y until the bonding requirements are met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public and rights of access dedicated to the City of Alameda
are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public and the City, for
use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th day of March, 1987
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 4
NOES: Councilmember Corica - 1
ABSENT: None
