APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4923 FOR DIVISION OF LOT 3 OF
PARCEL MAP 4564, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND
FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (R & D PHASE I, ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, subdivider
herein, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
for division of property consisting of a 8.020 acre portion of
Alameda Marina Village and known as Parcel Map 4923;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 4564, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1703, passed on February
23, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112
(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel
Map 4564 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not vio-
late regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of April, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: Councilmember Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None.
