APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5603 (SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OTIS DRIVE AND WILLOW STREET
HARVEY C. DONG AND BEATRICE TAM DONG, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5603; and
WHEREAS, Harvey C. Dong and Beatrice Tam Dong, owners
and subdividers, have presented to the Council for approval a
Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5603;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5603 be, and hereby is,
approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of April, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
