AMENDING THE SALARY RANGE IN THE SALARY RESOLUTION
FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES FOR THE
POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of Alameda
that the Salary Resolution for Management and Confidential
Employees is hereby amended by amending the salary range of
the City Attorney as follows:

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the

NOES: None.
