AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HISLOP
ASSOCIATES FOR PHASE II OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
FOR CITY CLERK'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Hislop Associates for
its services relating to Phase II of a Records Management
Program for the City Clerk's Department has been submitted;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, for and on behalf of the City, that certain agreement
referred to above by and between Hislop Associates and the City
of Alameda, for its services relating to Phase II of a Records
Management Program for the City Clerk's Department. The City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the 28th of April, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:

Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
