Resolution 11175CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 11175 ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3, INDEPENDENCE DRIVE AND ATLANTIC AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, P.W. NO. 4 -87 -9, AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME WHEREAS, specifications and plans have been prepared for Marina Village Assessment District 84 -3, Independence Drive and Atlantic Avenue Street Improvements, numbered P.W. 4 -87 -9 and filed in the office of the City Clerk on April 28, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I.T RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Specifications be, and the same are, hereby approved and adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. on TUESDAY, MAY 19, 1987, for furnishing to the City of Alameda all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and Plans. Bids must be presented to the City and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Marina Village Assessment District 84 -3, Independence Drive and Atlantic Avenue Street Improvements," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Said application to Hall, Alameda, The Times -Star, a provisions of Specifications may be had by any prospective bidder on the Director of Public Works, at his office in the City California. NO. 4 -86 -9, kND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME WHEREAS, specifications and plans have Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and Relief Project numbered P.W. 4 -86 -9 and filed in the office of April 28, 1987; and WHEREAS, advertising for bids and bid approval of the plans and specifications by the Quality Control Board. been prepared for Phase I (located in West Alameda), the City Clerk on opening date are subject to California Regional Water NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Specifications be, and the same are, hereby approved and adopted. Bids must be presented to the City and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Phase I Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and Relief Project (Located in West Alameda)," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said Specifications be, and the same are, hereby approved and adopted.
