APPOINTING DAVID SILLERS AS A MEMBER OF THE RECREATION
COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Sections 2 -311 and following of the Alameda Municipal Code,
and upon nomination of the Mayor, DAVID SILLERS is hereby appointed to
the office of member of the Recreation Commission of the City of Alameda
to fill the unexpired term of Mae Ashton, expiring on September 30, 1990,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the 28th of April, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef
and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
