AUTHORIZING A CONDUIT AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC BELL FOR
EXTENSION OF EXISTING COMMUNICATION FACILITIES FOR ATLANTIC
AVENUE, PROJECT #6
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the Assessment District 84 -3, Phase II,
Atlantic Avenue, Project #6, the City has requested that Pacific Bell extend
connections as set forth in a proposed agreement between the City and Pacific
Bell; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement has been submitted to the City and
the Council is fully informed and aware of the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and
to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement with Pacific
Bell for the construction and extension of its existing communication facilities
for Atlantic Avenue, Project #6.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 19th of May, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camic a, Monsef, Thomas and
Mayor Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None(Vacant Office).
