AWARDING CONTRACT TO DUTRA CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
FOR DYNAMIC CONSOLIDATION, HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT 84-1, NO. P.W. 3-87-6, AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda heretofore
published notice calling for bids for Dynamic Consolidation,
Harbor Bay Isle Assessment District 84-1, in accordance with
Specifications No. P.W. 3-87-6 approved April 28, 1987; and
WHEREAS, in response to said notice a sealed bid was
submitted by Dutra Construction Co., Inc. agreeing to perform
said work in accordance with said Specifications for the sum of
$213,800; and
WHEREAS, said firm is a responsible bidder and its
proposal is the lowest and best bid received;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
0 ----:„F of Alameda that the bid of Dutra Construction Co., Inc. is hereby
accepted, the contract for Dynamic Consolidation, Harbor Bay Isle
c ;„:;. Assessment District 84-1, is hereby awarded to said bidder, and
g; IP-- the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to
E , . attest, said contract on behalf of the City of Alameda.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 2nd of June, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
