APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5102 FOR DIVISION OF LOT 3 OF
PARCEL MAP 4340, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND
FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES AND
ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates and Alameda
Marina Center Associates, California limited partnerships, have
presented to the Council for approval Parcel Map 5102, being a
division of Lot 3, Parcel Map No. 4340, recorded in Parcel
Map Book 154, Pages 23-26; a portion of Lot 1, Parcel Map
No. 4600, recorded in Parcel Map Book 154, Pages 72-75; and a
portion of Lots 1 and 2, and all of Lots 3 and 4, Parcel Map No.
4611, recorded in Parcel Map Book 155, Pages 64-67, Alameda
County Records. Parcel Map 5102 would subdivide a 14.387 acre
portion of Alameda Marina Village property into 9 parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5102, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
s,: findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
0Alameda Planning Board Resolution No 1753 passed on June 8,

0 001,0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
.J° Parcel Map No 5102 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of
EL waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 7th of July, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner and Monsef - 3.
NOES:
Councilmember Thomas and President Corica - 2.
ABSENT: None.
