APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5158 FOR DIVISION OF LOT 1 OF
PARCEL MAP 4949, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND
ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED PARCELS AND EASEMENTS
(ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a
California limited partnership, has presented to the Council for
approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property within Alameda
Marina Village, being a division of Lot 1, Parcel Map No 4949,
Alameda County Records, and known as Parcel Map 5158; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon an easement
for public utilities designated "Public Utilities Easement" and
dedicated to the City; and the "Entry Parcel" (Lot 2) dedicated
to the City of Alameda pursuant to the City Cooperation Agreement
of December 18, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11-1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 5158, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1755 passed on June 8,
1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easement
k and the "Entry Parcel" (Lot 2) dedicated to the City of Alameda
are hereby accepted, on behalf of the City, for use in conformity

ry with the terms of the offers of dedication.
m P BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5158 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of

0 waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
. regional water quality control regulations.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 7th of July, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef and
President Corica - 4.
NOES: Councilmember Thomas - 1.
ABSENT: None.
