AUTHORIZING REPROGRAMMING OF UNEXPENDED FY 1986-87
CDBG CONTINGENCY FUNDS TO FY 1987-88 STREETLIGHT CONVERSIONS
WHEREAS, the City is a participant in the Community Development Block
Grant PruBrom authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974 as amended; and
WHEREAS, FY l986-87 CDBG Contingency Funds totalling $20.000 previously
appropriated by Council are now available for Reprogramming; and
#REB8AS. FY 1087-88 CD funds appropriated by the City Council are
insufficient to fund City the Streetlight Conversions Project; and
WHEREAS, Streetlight Conversion in low- and moderate-income areas of the
City is an eligible use of CDBG funds under Section 570.201(c);
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that a Resolution Authorizing Reprogramming of Unexpended FY 1988-87
CDBG Contingency Funds to FY 1987-88 Streetlight Conversions is hereby
