APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5131 FOR DIVISION OF RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "NORMANDY ",
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (NORMANDY
DEVELOPERS, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, Normandy Developers, a California limited
partnership, has presented to the Council for approval Parcel Map
5131, being a division of Lot A of Tract 4495 filed in Book 167
of Maps, Pages 39 -44, Alameda County Records.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 5131 consists of four lots located at
the southeast corner of Aughinbaugh Way and Mecartney Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11- 1319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 5131, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, based upon the
findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of
Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1757 passed on June 22,
1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 5131 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of
waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 21st of July, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef and
Thomas - 4.
NOES: President Corica - 1.
ABSENT: None.
