ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987 -88
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Constitution
f'of the State of California, the City Council of the City of
;Alameda is required to establish an "Appropriation Limit" for
:';fiscal year 1987 -88; and
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Limit has been determined in
accordance with uniform guidelines for Article XIIIB of the
alifornia Constitution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that said Council hereby establishes the
'Appropriation Limit in the amount of $28,263.243 for fiscal year
1987 -88.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th day of August, 1987
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
