AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA AND PETER N. DELANOY, BETTYE J.
DELANOY AND DONALD W. LINDSEY IN CONNECTION WITH
LEASE AGREEMENT AT 2305 CENTRAL AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has filed an action in
eminent domain against Peter N. Delanoy and Bettye J. Delanoy to
condemn the property at 2305 Central Avenue which they own; and
WHEREAS, Peter N. Delanoy and Bettye J. Delanoy have
agreed to lease said property to Donald W. Lindsey until such
time as the City takes possession thereof; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has been submitted to the
City and the Council is fully informed and aware of the contents
thereof;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement between the City of Alameda and
Peter N. Delanoy, Bettye J. Delanoy and Donald W. Lindsey in
connection with lease agreement at 2305 Central Avenue.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed 'by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 1st of September, 1987,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

September, 1987.
