APPOINTING MICHAEL RICHARDS AS A MEMBER OF
THE SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and Section 2-353 of the Alameda Municipal Code,
and upon nomination of the Mayor, MICHAEL RICHARDS is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Social Service Human
Relations Board of the City of Alameda for the term expiring on
June 30, 1988, to fill the unexpired term of Rochelle Drake,
resigned, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
2 : qualified.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 3rd of November, 1987,
by the following vote to Wit:
